POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Asheville Symphony is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and community-minded Volunteer Ushers to join our Front-of-House team for the 2026–27 season. Volunteers play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable experience for Asheville Symphony patrons.

Volunteers serve as ambassadors for the Asheville Symphony, assisting patrons before, during, and after performances with seating, wayfinding, accessibility, and general hospitality. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting the arts in their community, and experiencing Asheville Symphony performances!
