The Safety Monitor provides on-site support during designated Open Studio hours in a fully equipped jewelry/metalsmithing studio to promote a safe, respectful, and productive working environment. The Safety Monitor helps monitor studio operations, reinforce established safety policies, and respond appropriately to routine safety concerns.

The Safety Monitor is an unpaid volunteer role. The Safety Monitor voluntarily provides limited studio support in exchange for specific studio access benefits.

Must have 2+ years experience in similar studio setting, be dependable, able to monitor the safe use of studio equipment and tools, and enforce and follow established Studio Safety Policies and Rules.

Terms are 2 months for pre-arranged Open Studio shifts.
