Think stunning art installations, live art in action, and an Arts Market full of creativity and one-of-a-kind finds. And we’d love for you to be part of it!
If you’re a creator, maker, or artist of any kind, this is your invitation to join the largest celebration of arts and culture in the area. Apply to be a vendor in our Arts Market and share your work with tens of thousands of festival-goers who are ready to discover something new, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

PLEASE NOTE: The applicant artist must hand-make all items sold in the Art Market. Food sale is not permitted with this application. Please consult the homepage for a list of all other vendor applications (Food, Parade, International, etc.).
ART MARKET Hours:
Saturday, September 26th, 12 pm-7 pm
Arts Market Vendor Load-in:
Friday, September 26th: 2 pm-7 pm.
Load-in for arts and craft vendors will be on Friday, September 25th, between 2PM to 6 pm. If you are requesting a load in on Saturday morning, you must add that to your application below. Saturday morning load-ins ARE NOT GUARANTEED are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your approved application secures one (1) 10x10 booth space at our 48th Annual International Folk Festival. As the Arts Vendor, YOU are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, merchandise, Wi-Fi access, and other equipment needed to sell your art/wares during the event. Vendors will be charged the full amount of the application if/when the application is approved.
The festival is rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed after submitting your application.
