Studio Assistantships (SA) are awarded based on technical skill and studio experience. SAs are students in the class. Priority is given to applicants with technical and administrative experience in educational studio spaces. This application is for Studio Assistantships only. If you are also interested in Penland's other scholarships, you must submit a separate scholarship application in Slideroom. If you are selected as SA, you will be ineligible for other Penland scholarships. International applicants must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit.
