ENTRY FORM, FEE, & DIGITAL IMAGES DUE: March 6, 11:59 pm

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTED/REJECTED WORKS March 16th

• ARTWORK DELIVERY DATES: March 24th & 25th, 11:00 – 4:30 pm
• RECEPTION & AWARDS: March 27th, 6:00-8:00 pm
• PICKUP UNSOLD WORK: April 22nd & 23rd, 11:00 – 4:30 pm

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

• Artists must be at least 18 years old and residents of North Carolina.
• ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE!!
• All work submitted MUST be available to exhibit for the entire show

Size Restrictions:

• 2D work must be NO LARGER THAN 13 X 13", including mat and frame.
• 3D work must be NO LARGER THAN 12” in any dimension.

• 1st Place- $300
• 2nd Place- $200
• 3d Place- $100

The non-refundable fee is $35 for submissions of either 1 or 2 pieces.
