ArtsAVL and the City of Asheville are piloting Rolling Mini-Grants to help bring small, creative pop-up events to life in streets, parks, and outdoor public spaces. These grants provide up to $2,500 in City fee waivers for free, public arts and cultural events, with applications accepted on a rolling basis. Designed to reduce barriers and streamline permitting, the program supports nonprofits—and eligible for-profit businesses within an event footprint—in activating public spaces, building community, and expanding access to the arts.
