About the artist:

Pat Phillips has been a part of the River Arts District since 2012. Pat graduated from Florida State University in 1985 with an MFA in studio art. She then taught at Gulf Coast State College until her move to Asheville in 2012. Her studio is located in Pink Dog Creative at 348 Depot St., Suite 125.

Artist’s exhibition statement:

“Spending a lifetime as a maker of art there is bound to be constant evolution, quiet incubation, and careful refinement. When sixty years of work come together, a common thread begins to emerge.”
