Celebrate the longest night of the year with us as we come together to shine a light of hope. ✨⁣ ⁣ Saturday, December 21st, from 5 to 7 pm for Light the Night AVL : A Winter Solstice Lantern in the River Arts District.

This Winter Solstice gathering is a chance to bring light, hope, and togetherness to our community during a challenging time in the wake of Hurricane Helene. As participants carry handmade lanterns, we’ll illuminate the night sky and the River Arts District, celebrating resilience, creativity, and the strength of our community. ​​ Let’s unite to brighten the darkness and support one another this season!
