Come and Urban Sketch the RAD in Asheville, NC!

The River Arts District is the RAD to the locals and it’s radical! It is a vibrant artist community filled with artists, galleries, and breweries. In 2024 Hurricane Helene ripped through and tried to destroy it, but all it really did was super-charge the energy that was already here. Come and immerse yourself in that artistic energy and sketch with us!

• Friday starting at noon we have many activities planned, opening reception and ending the day with drink and draw. Plenty of time to explore the River Arts District (RAD)

• Saturday we have Inspiring workshops led by talented instructors, opportunities to sketch alongside fellow artists. Check in is from 8:30-9:00 am at RAD Rendezvous, 87 Roberts St, Asheville, NC 28801.

• Sunday Join us for a guided architecture walk and sketch tour through the heart of downtown Asheville, exploring some of the city’s most iconic historic and modern buildings.
