The Asheville Holiday Parade, now in its 78th year, is a beloved tradition that lights up Downtown Asheville, drawing 10,000 to 15,000 spectators each season. With over 75 entries, from dazzling floats to lively performances, this large-scale event takes an incredible amount of staff and volunteer effort to produce. To ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and enjoyably, we kindly ask all participants to review the regulations carefully.

The Asheville Downtown Association’s Events Committee will evaluate parade applications based on creativity, detail, and effort. Thoughtful planning is key, so be as specific and accurate as possible in your submission—vague or incomplete entries may not be accepted. Let’s work together to make this year’s Winter Wonderland celebration unforgettable!

The 2024 online application + payment (online or check) is due by October 25.
