Join internationally acclaimed Ugandan musician, Chinobay, for a shared African hand gentle drumming experience. This isn't a traditional drum lesson. It is an opportunity to come together, find rhythm, listen to one another, and experience the joy of making music together. Wiith gentle guidance, we'll explore connection and the simple pleasure of playing together.

No experience needed, all are welcome. No pressure to get it right. Just bring yourself and an open mind. You don't have to know how to play to be a part of the music.

Known for his expressive voice, masterful command of traditional African instruments including the Kora, Kalimba, Endongo, and Tama (talking drum), Chinobay creates performances that honor tradition while embracing contemporary artistic expression.

His career has taken him to more than 70 countries, where he has performed at major festivals, theaters, universities, museums, and cultural institutions. Along the way he has developed a reputation not only as an exceptional performer, but also as a gifted educator and bridge-builder whose programs foster dialogue, understanding, and meaningful human connection.
